Having led a large team of 18,000+ across 58 countries and having worked with very senior executives from across 160+ countries and with the Executive Councils of large organizations like HP, I bring a unique blend of global leadership styles to help companies adapt to the changing world.

I serve on the Boards of Ujjivan Bank and Outpost VFX India. I am also the Chairperson of eVidyaloka, one of the premier not-for-profit- organizations in India.
